Refund Policy

If there is a mistake on your order, please contact us by email with you order number and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

Preorders: 

Preorder sales will be shipped once we receive the item. In the event, a manufacturer is unable fill the preorder sale, we will notify you to determine how to proceed.  We can refund the preorder sale when the manufacturer is unable to fill the order, or wait until the order is filled by the estimated time.

Cancellations: 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email. We try to accommodate, but this is a small business.
